Matilda is continuing to take shape, with exciting progress happening right across the community.

Intersection Works

The signalised intersection at Donnybrook Road and Westbourne Boulevard is now switched on, delivering safe and convenient access to the Matilda community as a key milestone in our estate’s infrastructure.

Stages 1B and 2

Construction of Stages 1B and 2 has now been completed! This is an important achievement for Matilda and an exciting milestone for our future residents, who have now settled on their land and can look forward to building their new homes!

Stages 3 and 3A

Construction of Stages 3 and 3A is progressing well. Bulk earthworks have been completed, and drainage and sewer works have now commenced.

Future Wetlands

Looking ahead, the construction of the future 6-hectare wetland and associated waterway is due to commence in early 2026.

Also on the horizon: landscaping works for the main entrance and part of Donnybrook Road are scheduled to begin in autumn 2026, bringing the finishing touches to our community’s gateway and green edges.
