Stage 3 & 3A

We’re excited to announce that the drainage works are officially complete for both stages. We’re now turning our attention to the road crossing phase, which is underway and progressing at a good pace for both stages. As for road boxing, the works have commenced for Stage 3 alongside Stage 3A, which is halfway completed.  

Future Wetlands  

A thriving new 6-hectare wetland is coming to Matilda. Whilst improving water quality and boosting biodiversity in the area, it will also provide a picturesque setting for our residents. Construction is due to commence in April, with civil works expected to be completed by early to mid 2027. Watch this space for more updates to come!
