Our team is working hard to bring the community to life, and we are pleased to share the latest updates on the intersection, Stages 1B and 2, and upcoming works.

Intersection Development

The construction of the signalised intersection at Donnybrook Road and Westbourne Boulevard is progressing well. Asphalt works are expected to be completed by the end of this month, marking a major step forward in providing safe and efficient access to Matilda. All civil works are scheduled to be completed by late April 2025. The signalisation of the fourth leg of the intersection is on track to be operational by the end of June 2025.

Stages 1B and 2 Progress

Works in Stages 1B and 2 are advancing as planned. The kerb and channel in Stage 1B have now been completed, and the road base for both stages is finished. The installation of electrical and telecommunications infrastructure is scheduled to take place this month, while gas and water connections will follow in the coming weeks. All onsite works are expected to be completed by May 2025, with titles anticipated to be issued by mid to late June 2025.
