Stages 3 and 3A: Nearing Completion

Stages 3 and 3A have hit an exciting milestone for purchasers! Construction is progressing well, with all infrastructure now installed and only a minimal balance of works remaining. Stage works are anticipated to be completed by the end of August 2026, with titles expected to follow in late September/early October 2026, subject to approval from all relevant authorities.

Stage 4: Civil Works Commencing

Final approvals are currently being sought for Stage 4, with civil construction anticipated to commence mid-to-late October 2026 and works expected to be completed by mid-2027. This marks the next phase in Matilda’s development, continuing the strong momentum across our community.

Stages 1B and 2: Greener Streetscapes

Landscaping plans for Stages 1B and 2 have now been approved by the Council. Street tree planting and nature strip rectification will commence once the majority of individual home construction in these stages is nearing completion. Projected to start in Autumn 2027, these works are an important next step towards a finished streetscape and overall presentation of the community.

Matilda Wetland and Waterway

Construction of our future 6-hectare wetland and waterway is well underway! Civil works are expected to be completed by late 2026/early 2027, subject to weather conditions. Once the works are complete, landscaping will follow, bringing significant planting and a picturesque space for everyone to enjoy. The new thriving wetland will boost biodiversity in the area and be a true focal point for our community.
