Stages 3 and 3A

Stages 3 and 3A are officially complete! The approval process has now also commenced, with sign-off from Council and the relevant servicing authorities well underway. Titles are expected to be issued by mid-October 2026, so you’ll be one step closer to calling Matilda home.

Looking Ahead

It’s safe to say there’s plenty of progress happening across Matilda. With another series of exciting milestones ahead, we’ll keep you informed as construction continues. In the meantime, you can keep an eye on all the progress happening at your stage by visiting the Matilda Community portal.
