Stage 3

Drainage and sewer works have now been completed. Works on the infrastructure for water and gas connections are underway and progressing well. It won’t be long until Stage 3 is ready for future residents to start building their dream homes.

Stage 3A

Stage 3A isn’t far behind. Sewer works have been finished, and the team is now busy completing the drainage works. It’s always exciting to see our community taking shape as each major step is accomplished.

Future Wetlands

We’re extremely excited about Matilda’s future 6-hectare wetlands, with construction due to commence by the end of February. The wetlands will be the centrepiece of all Matilda’s attractions, providing a calm, beautiful place to relax, experience nature, and enjoy life.
