Intersection Works

The fourth leg of the signalised intersection at Donnybrook Road and Westbourne Boulevard has now been completed and is operating as a fully active intersection. This marks a major milestone for safe and convenient access to Matilda, making it easier than ever to connect with surrounding areas.

Stages 1B and 2

Construction of Stages 1B and 2 has now been completed. Final approvals are due to be received imminently, with titles anticipated to issue in early October 2025. These milestones are an exciting step forward for future residents getting ready to call Matilda home.

Stages 3 and 3A

Construction has officially commenced on Stages 3 and 3A, with bulk earthworks well underway. It’s always exciting to see new stages begin to take shape as our community continues to grow.

Future Wetlands

Looking ahead, plans are progressing for Matilda’s future 6-hectare wetlands. Engineering and landscaping designs are currently with the relevant authorities for approval, with construction due to commence in early 2026. This incredible green space will become a vibrant feature of Matilda, providing both ecological value and a beautiful place for the community to enjoy.
