How did you begin your career journey in property sales?

“My entry into the property market began working with Victorian Land Sales for several years before I joined RPM in May 1997. Throughout my 30-plus years in this industry, I have been fortunate to have worked on developments across all growth corridors around metro Melbourne which in hindsight has been beneficial as it gave me an understanding of what other areas had to offer. Most of my time has been spent on developments in the northern corridor.”

What inspires you to make people’s homebuying experience a unique one?

“In this industry, we get to meet and speak with a lot of people either at the Sales Office or over the phone. Everyone has different needs and expectations, whether it be amenities within the area, the size of the lot that they require, or the timeframe that they wish to be in their new home. This is where we are able to assist in giving them an overview of the estate and future plans for the area, showing them what options we have available, answering any questions they may have and offering advice if asked.

What inspires me the most is knowing that you have just played a part in their future by providing them with the information they require which will assist in making a decision. It is always satisfying when I have the opportunity to help first home buyers take their first step into the property market.”
