Since then, the Winslow and Symon Bros’ teams have been hard at work to bring our stunning Donnybrook community to life.

What’s happening on site?

Construction of the signalised intersection at Donnybrook Road and Westbourne Boulevard is progressing well, with works on track to be completed by April 2025. Symon Bros is hard at work completing the fourth leg of this intersection, which will improve traffic flow and provide a convenient entrance to the Matilda community.

Construction of Stages 1B and 2 is also well underway, with Winslow busy completing the bulk earthworks and installing drainage and sewer infrastructure nearing completion. Potable and recycled water infrastructure is expected to be installed in early 2025.

Onsite salvage works associated with our cultural heritage management plan have also been completed. Any artefacts that may have been found will be carefully recorded and are intended to be planted in the future open space areas of Matilda.

By May 2025, we expect all construction activities to be completed, including the installation of electrical and communication services, footpaths and the laying of asphalt. Once these works are finished, the necessary sign-offs from the responsible authorities will be undertaken, with titles scheduled to be issued for Stage 1B and Stage 2 by June/July 2025.

Sales Office Hours

The Matilda Sales Office will be closed from Sunday 15 December for the Christmas break, reopening from 11am on Saturday 11 January 2025.

In the New Year, we’ll be open on weekends from 11am – 5pm whilst construction of the signalised intersection, and Stages 1B and 2 continue.
